- Finished length, measurement reference, tolerance and quantity per length.
- Route, entry opening and installation method; check that the protected connector can pass.
- Required insertion/return loss, wavelength, inspection and test records.
- Labels, individual packing, accessories, destination and required delivery date.
An outdoor cable does not make a standard connector waterproof. Specify the enclosure or an agreed sealed interface; do not pull on the connector or boot.

How should an ISP build the household drop BOM?

Can a box connector differ from the ONT connector?
Yes. Define each end separately. Never directly mate an APC endface to a UPC endface; a cable with different ends must match the corresponding port at each end.
